What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. Dancers often feel connected to others, and to their own emotions. The dance serves as a form of meditation, helping people to cope with stress and to attain serenity.

Vincent Clenet from LaVi Sound & Yoga will guide you through our freeform dance events with a unique DJ set, a tribal influenced experience of music for body, mind and soul.

Vincent's DJ style:

Vincent's aim is to create a sacred space where participants can connect with their primal energy, tap into their own inner wisdom, and experience a deep sense of unity with themselves, others, and the natural world.

He creates a composition of music tracks and rhythms that are inspired by tribal cultures.

Tribal ecstatic dance can be a transformative and transcendent journey that allows individuals to explore their spirituality and connect with ancient wisdom.

Vincent often integrates acoustic music instruments into his sets to bring the participants even more deeper in their process.

About Vincent Clenet:

Vincent is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist musician who has been exploring sound and music since 1991. He has been working to develop his own style for spiritual music, mixing with harmony acoustic and electronic sounds.

Today, Vincent is offering as an Intuitive Sound Therapist, holistic treatments, in combination with all his knowledge of energy work, Thai yoga massage and coaching. He is sharing Sound Healing Journey, live music for yoga classes, Ecstatic Dance classes and chanting. He is also teaching Intuitive Sound Therapy training and Reiki.

Vincent works together with his partner Laura, a 500h Yoga teacher. In 2018, they created LaVi-Sound and Yoga, a trusted brand which offers a variety of live and online training, retreats, workshops and live music. They also travel through Europe to offer their products and teachings.

I shared a soul enriching few hours with these people . I was worried because I don’t have a lot of strength in my legs because of MS and wasn’t sure I could participate, but I was wrong. There are no rules, no limits and no expectations. It was pure release and shared positive energy expressed however you feel. The music was sometimes uplifting, fun, sometimes relaxing and spiritual. I can’t recommend this enough 🤗
