About Us
Who we are?
LaVi is composed of our first names Laura and Vincent. We met in India, travelled the world and we found ourselves a little closer to our dream. In 2018 we founded LaVi Sound and Yoga, where we combine our passions, experience and knowledge of different yoga styles, sound therapy, energy work and music.
We travelled many years through Germany to teach at yoga festivals and to present our first sustainable collection of yoga wear and semi-precious stone Malas.
The Pandemic in 2020 brought us huge challenges but also an occasion of change and renewal. We created our online platform to be able to still reach people with our work and make it more accessible. Because one of our wishes was to not allow outside circumstances to restrict our ability to share it with you.
Today we have found our place in Spain, from here we can manage our brand, organise Retreats and Teacher Trainings in a beautiful environment. We are grateful that we can grow, develop and learn as a couple, as business partners, in our friendships and as teachers.

Laura came to yoga during her career as a fashion designer to find a balance to the stressful everyday life. Realising that yoga offers more than the physical benefits, she began her first yoga training to delve deeper into the philosophy and concept of yoga.
She completed her 500h yoga teacher training, as well as other further training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga with well-known teachers in Europe (Bhakti Yoga Sommer, David Lurey, Mirjam Wagner, Josh Summer, Paul Grilley, Stefanie Arend and Tanja Seehofer) and learned in close cooperation with her world-renowned Indian teacher Surinder Singh.
Laura decided to give up her job in the fashion industry and embarked on a long trip to India, which shaped her worldview and connection to her inner being. Here she was initiated into Reiki and began to develop her own yoga collection with her partner.
In Yin Yoga she found the perfect complement to her previous practice. For her, this meditative and gentle yoga style is a revelation that has helped her to broaden and deepen her own practice and understanding of the body and mind.
For several years she has been sharing her love for Yin Yoga in training courses in Germany, Spain and online, bringing her deep knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and its 5 elements. A deep healing process of self-discovery for them.

Vincent is a self-taught multi- instrumentalist musician who has been exploring sound and music since 1991. He started his career at the age of 15 as a pastry chef and then chef cook for fifteen years. This life no longer had any meaning for him and the universe gave him the opportunity to direct his life to the service of others.
He became a therapist in 2013 when he obtained a state diploma in medico-psychological assistance while working with people with physical and psychological disabilities. During this time he also passed the 1st and 2nd Reiki degree in France and a few years later, after a lot of further practice, he passed the Reiki Master Teacher diploma in India. To deepen his knowledge of alternative medicine, he studied Sound Therapy in Spain and obtained the diploma. At that moment it seemed obvious to him that he needed a more anatomical practice to feel more complete as a therapist. So he took various Osteo-Thai and Zen Thaï yoga massage courses in France and Austria.
Vincent's therapeutic approach today brings together a wide range of knowledge and experience.
He combines all his skills to offer you a complete holistic treatment, both physically, psychologically, emotionally and energetically.
He has been working with live looping and developing his own style of spiritual music, mixing with harmony acoustic and electronic sounds. You can find his music on all music platforms as well in a variety of LaVi events and Ecstatic Dance sessions.
