Yoga Alliance Standard ensures high quality
This training meets the high quality criteria of the Yoga Alliance (RYS 200). The Yoga Alliance ensures the standards of the ethical and pedagogical framework for yoga providers worldwide.
The LaVi 200h Yoga Teacher Training meets the prescribed hours and content of the RYS 200 "Contact Hours." Each teaching unit is 45 minutes. According to the Yoga Alliance standard, the 200 hours include so-called "non-contact hours." These describe the time the trainee spends on homework, reading assigned texts, independent study, and assisting or participating in yoga classes with other teachers.

The location of the Intensive Yoga Teacher Training in Spain
☀️ We will spend an unforgettable week in Spain together. This time gives us the opportunity to delve deeply into the practice and teaching.
The valley of Jalon is surrounded by mountains and impressive nature.
The weather is warm and sunny and you can enjoy time outside.
🏡 We rent out a beautiful traditional Spanish townhouse to our students. It's located about 10 minutes from our yoga and sound healing school.
Here, you can stay in a single room with a bathroom or in a shared room with a shared bathroom. You can use the shared kitchen and common rooms, as well as the outdoor area with a pool, to enjoy the Spanish weather.
🥗We'll be treated to a healthy, freshly prepared lunch. Vincent was a chef in France for many years and conjures up delicious vegetarian meals for us.
You can prepare your own meals in the house's kitchen for dinner and breakfast. Jalon has several supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants and cafés.

Laura Klocke
Laura is a certified RYT® 500h yoga teacher and Reiki Master Teacher.
Together with her partner Vincent Clénet, she founded LaVi - Sound & Yoga® and has been leading her own international yoga trainings since 2018.
She has completed various yoga trainings with different focuses and studied under internationally renowned yoga teachers, including Indian teacher Surinder Singh, David Lurey and Mirjam Wagner, Liliana Lakshmi, Jason Crandell, and many others.
In this training, she shares her knowledge from over 10 years of yoga practice.
